LEADNOW is a 501c3 non-profit Christian ministry founded in 1999 that is dedicated to equipping young adult Christian leaders to live a “life of mission,” regardless of their chosen vocation. Each of us is appointed to be a life-long missionary for Jesus Christ, ministering wherever God has placed us. LEADNOW is focused on the critical decade of life (the 20’s) where most young adults make important decisions about their true identity and their life’s mission.

LEADNOW develops “discipleship venues” that include short term missions, educational programs, and small groups. In each of these venues, intergenerational discipleship occurs and long-term mentoring relationships are established. Our objective is to capture the heart of each young adult for Jesus Christ, expand their worldview and provide them with a vision for a “life of mission” upon return to their vocation. This vision includes re-engagement with the traditional Church, so these young adults will become next-generation missional leaders and stewards of the Church.

who we serve

LEADNOW Ministries currently serves congregations who seek to re-engage “twentysomethings” as next generation Church leaders through intergenerational discipleship and leadership development. We also serve on-campus Christian organizations who want to develop spiritually mature members that will live out a “life of mission,” and organizations in seven countries who engage in mutual discipleship and service of the next generation. Our work is a means to an end...and missional leaders are the end.

how we serve

Transformation of the heart takes time, requires surrender, time for reflection, and a location far away from the daily routine. Distance and reflection on short-term missions allows one to see one’s gifting, mission, and purpose more clearly. An accelerated and expanded biblical worldview is essential for spiritual growth. This often requires experiencing different locations and cultures. Acts 1: 8 requires that we be witnesses “to the ends of the earth” to spread the gospel and serve the kingdom. In doing so, we also know that God teaches and blesses us through His children in other countries of the world. Ultimately, our focus is to serve Jesus Christ and His Church, not only in foreign mission, but in everyday mission here at home.
